Mashed Sweet Potatoes
3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 ½ cups water
3 Tbs. honey
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp pepper
1 ½ cups water

Heat water in a pan, bring to a boil and add potatoes, cook till tender; drain. Place potatoes in a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, mix until smooth.
